What if you had a tool that not only helped you make those decisions but tracked their impact over time? That’s what D-NAV does.
The Decision NAVigator doesn't replace your intuition, it aligns it.

Simple Frontend, Powerful Backend. It's THAT EASY!
Enter your decision and input the variables on a scale of 1-10. The D-NAV will do the rest!
The Decision NAVigator uses NAV logic and applies it to your decisions.
It takes your (Impact - Cost - Risk) + (Urgency x Confidence) to compute your D-NAV score.
Then, it factors in differentials to sharpen the Strategic Signal. Think of these as the three main pillars that support your D-NAV score.
- Stability (CRD) Are your inputs consistent or shaky?
- Pressure (UCD): Is urgency overpowering confidence, or vice versa?
- Return (ROI): This is the pound for pound return on a decision.
Executing a decision is about aligning your confidence to outweigh its cost and risk, while prioritizing it is about understanding its true impact and urgency.
Helpful Tips:
- If the Strategic Signal doesn’t output what you thought, think about your variables again. Oftentimes we’re clouded by judgement.
- Try logging a past decision where you realized one of the variables were different than having looking back on it. Maybe you were overconfident, or the risks weren't as high as you thought.
- The goal isn’t to be perfect. So don't stress if you get one output but perform differently in real life. Over time you'll start to align your decision making process and build confidence or know when to go find it.
- Use this framework right now. Whether you're in a meeting, planning a trip or scheduling your day try thinking about the variables above. Come back any time to log all your decisions and see the story unfold.

The best decision makers don't avoid failure, they map it.
Don’t delay the most important decision of all, tracking them. ⏱️
"I don’t have time to track my decisions or learn a new system"
This is why the Decision NAVigator was born. Built with the user in mind, there is 0 set up and feedback is provided instantly, then gets better with time.
"I journal and track my tasks already."
Journaling is a great way to get the thoughts out of your head while over-functioning to-do lists lets you know you completed your tasks. But the Decision NAVigator allows you to better align your decisions before you even make them. So your journals are now filled with positive reflections while your to-do lists become a clarity stacker.

Feedback is not only welcomed but encouraged.
D-NAV was born from a moment of intense personal need—when everything felt out of control, and the weight of decisions seemed too heavy to bear. I found myself questioning every move I made, trying to make sense of what went wrong and what could be done differently. In those sleepless nights, fueled by coffee and the constant hum of uncertainty, D-NAV emerged as a solution—one that could help me make sense of it all. This tool isn’t just something I built—it’s a lifeline I created for myself, to understand my decisions and measure the impact of my choices. Every formula was made with the intention to help people like me, people who need clarity in the chaos. I’m sharing this with the world because it’s not just for me—it’s for anyone who feels lost in the sea of decisions, who needs a way to make sense of it all. If it can help me find my way through the noise, it can help others too.
